OER LibGuide

The steep rise in textbook costs is a major concern of students, faculty, and administrators at campuses across the country. Take some time to browse through the Albright College Open Education Resources LibGuide. This resource has OER and Zero Cost alternatives and also give you some background reading on the OER and Zero Cost Resource movement to support student success.

Are you interested in adopting a text and moving in the direction of offering a Zero Cost alternative to your students? Schedule an appointment to discuss how to integrate some of these resources into your course.

The Faculty Recording Room is open throughout the school year

Do you need a quiet place to record some lectures, notes, or screencasts for your class? Consider utilizing IT Services Faculty Recording Room. The room is equipped with webcams, microphone, speakers, lighting, and even a green screen. Bring your own laptop or use the one that is provided.

Currently the room is open 8-5 Monday through Friday but after-hours access can easily be accommodated. Contact edtech.help@albright.edu for more information on how to access and use this service.
